Internet Sales Specialist - Live Chat / No Calling

Do you have a talent for building rapport through written communication? Join our team as an Internet Sales Specialist and drive revenue through real-time text conversations. You'll engage with prospects and customers via live chat, answer their inquiries, showcase product benefits, and guide them toward purchasing decisions—all without ever picking up the phone.

What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming chat messages from website visitors and social media platforms, helping both new prospects learn about our offerings and existing customers resolve their questions. Your role blends customer service expertise with sales acumen to create positive interactions and generate conversions.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a working device that supports web browsers and social media platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision. Comfort following detailed procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Dependable high-speed internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
