Immediate Start Home-Based Chat Support Representative – Entry Level

Are you a strong communicator with excellent written English skills? We're looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our growing remote team and help our customers get the answers they need. This entry-level role lets you work from home while managing live chat conversations across multiple platforms. You'll be the friendly face answering questions, sharing product details, processing promotions, and routing complex issues to the right team members.

What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist, you'll respond to real-time customer inquiries through live chat widgets embedded on websites and social media platforms. You'll field everything from technical support requests to pre-purchase questions, always keeping customers satisfied and informed.

Contract length: Flexible, no set term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of running web browsers and social media platforms. Ability to manage your own workload and stay organized. Comfort following detailed procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours per week availability. Strong, stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
