Help Desk Administrator - Chat Job (No Experience)

We're looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team and deliver outstanding customer service through live chat. If you're someone who loves helping people and can communicate clearly in writing, this remote position could be an excellent fit for you.

You'll be the friendly face behind the chat, responding to customer inquiries, guiding visitors through websites, and solving problems in real-time across various platforms including Facebook Messenger and website chat tools. Working with multiple business clients, you'll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences. The position offers flexible scheduling at $35 per hour.

What you will be doing: You'll receive incoming customer support requests through live chat channels on company websites and social media platforms. You may assist existing customers with account questions or help prospective customers learn about products and services.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for engaging with chat and social media platforms. Self-motivated work style with minimal supervision. Capability to follow detailed guidelines and procedures consistently. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Fast and stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10 or more hours weekly.
