Google Shopping Assistant (Remote)

Your role will be to engage with shoppers, answer their questions, and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions. What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming messages from customers through live chat platforms embedded on websites and social media. Whether addressing product inquiries from browsers or troubleshooting concerns from existing buyers, you'll provide thoughtful, helpful responses while representing our clients professionally.

Contract length: Flexible, no minimum term required.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet connectivity. Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own schedule. Comfort following detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Strong, stable internet connection required.
