We're looking for a Forum Chats Moderator to join our community team and help create a welcoming space where meaningful conversations can thrive. You'll be responsible for overseeing active discussions, upholding our community standards, and ensuring every member feels heard and respected.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming messages from both current users and prospects through live chat integrated into our websites and social platforms. Your role involves addressing support inquiries from existing community members as well as answering questions from prospective customers interested in learning more about us.
Contract length: Ongoing, with flexible commitment.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) to access our chat and social platforms. Self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision are essential. Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to guidelines are required. You should have at least 10 hours weekly that you can dedicate to this position. A stable, high-speed internet connection is necessary.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.
