Your work will help independent creators build thriving online businesses and connect with customers around the globe.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer messages through live chat on store websites and social media platforms. You'll handle inquiries from both current customers seeking support and potential buyers with product questions. Your clear communication and problem-solving skills will help convert interest into sales and build lasting customer relationships.
Contract length: Flexible, no fixed end date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with internet connectivity. Ability to navigate social media and web-based chat platforms. Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation. Attention to detail when following procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours per week availability. Stable internet connection required.
