Entry Level Remote Chat Support – No Experience Required

Are you looking to launch your career in customer service? Join our growing team as a Remote Chat Support Specialist and help businesses connect with their customers online. You'll be the friendly voice (well, fingers!) behind live chat conversations, handling inquiries, sharing product information, and creating positive customer experiences—all from the comfort of your home.

This position is completely text-based, so there are no phone calls or video meetings involved. You'll communicate exclusively through chat platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat widgets. Since it's fully remote, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer messages, answering their questions, providing helpful resources, sharing promotional offers, and guiding them toward solutions. You'll be the first point of contact representing the brands we work with, making every interaction count.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a dependable internet connection is essential. You'll also need solid written communication skills in English to represent our clients professionally.

Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary—this is an entry-level opportunity with full onboarding and training provided. You don't need to have worked in live chat before to succeed here.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
