Ready to jumpstart your professional journey? Join our team as an Entry-Level Remote Chat Support Assistant and build valuable customer service experience from home. You'll handle customer inquiries through chat platforms, respond to common questions, share product information, and help drive customer satisfaction—all without any face-to-face interaction or phone calls.

This position is entirely text-based communication. You'll be messaging with customers through channels like Facebook Messenger and website chat widgets, making it perfect for those who prefer written communication. Since this is fully remote, you can work from your home, a coffee shop, or anywhere with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat messages on company websites and social media platforms. You'll address customer inquiries, provide helpful resources, share promotional offers, and guide customers toward solutions—all through typing.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A reliable device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential. You'll also need a stable internet connection and competent English writing abilities.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training included. Prior chat support experience is not required—we welcome complete beginners.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
