Entry-Level Remote Chat Operator – No Phone Calls

In this role, you'll connect with customers through live chat messaging, answer their questions, and guide them using our detailed support resources. What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries that come through live chat widgets on client websites and their social media platforms. Conversations may include troubleshooting questions from existing customers or product inquiries from prospects interested in learning more.

Contract length: Flexible, no minimum term required.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a working device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with the ability to use web-based chat platforms and social media. Comfortable working on your own without constant supervision. Willingness to follow our established processes and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 or more hours weekly.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
