Entry-Level Remote Chat Assistant – Work from Home

What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist, you'll respond to real-time customer inquiries through live chat platforms on company websites and social channels. You may assist both returning customers seeking help or prospects interested in learning about products and services.

Contract length: Flexible, no specific end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device that supports web browsing and chat applications (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfortable working self-directed without constant supervision. Capacity to carefully adhere to guidelines and procedures. At least 10 hours weekly availability. Strong, stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
