We're hiring Online Chat Assistants to join our growing support team. If you're personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. In this position, you'll handle customer inquiries through live chat, guiding them toward solutions and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression on our brand.
This role is entirely text-based communication through platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat widgets. There are no phone calls or video meetings required. Work from wherever you choose with just an internet connection—whether that's your home, a coffee shop, or anywhere else in the world.
Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat messages, addressing customer concerns, sharing product information, processing promotional offers, and directing customers to relevant resources. You'll be the voice representing our business during real-time conversations.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You'll need solid English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive onboarding provided. Prior live chat experience is not necessary—we'll train you on everything you need to know.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
