Entry-Level Chat Support Associate (Remote, Part-Time)

This role is entirely text-based—no phone calls or in-person meetings required. You'll communicate with customers through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, all from the comfort of your own space. Work remotely from anywhere with an internet connection and a device of your choice.

Your day-to-day work includes managing incoming chat messages for our clients' websites and social media channels. You'll answer questions, share product information, process promotional offers, and deliver excellent service to every customer interaction.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet and dependable internet access are essential. You'll need solid written English communication skills to succeed in this role.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. No previous chat support experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
