Ecwid Seller Remote Support (Chat Support / No Phone)

Join our growing team as a live chat support specialist for Ecwid merchants. You'll be the frontline support helping store owners streamline their operations, troubleshoot technical challenges, and boost their bottom line through written chat interactions. If you excel at communicating clearly in writing and enjoy working autonomously, this could be your ideal fit.

What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming chat messages from customers and prospects across websites and social platforms. Whether someone needs technical assistance with their store or has questions about making a purchase, you'll provide timely, helpful solutions through text-based communication.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of handling web chat and social media platforms. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Willingness to follow detailed guidelines and protocols. At least 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connectivity.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
