We're looking for a motivated eCommerce Sales Agent to join our growing team and work remotely from anywhere. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, connecting with them through live chat to understand what they're looking for and help them make informed purchasing decisions. What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat across our web platforms and social channels. Your conversations will range from answering product questions and providing technical support for existing customers to nurturing leads and closing sales with prospects considering their first purchase.

Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a working device—smartphone, tablet, or computer—capable of accessing our chat systems and social platforms. Strong ability to work autonomously without constant supervision. Comfort following detailed guidelines and workflows precisely. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Fast and stable internet connection required.
