We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice (well, the friendly text!) handling customer inquiries across our digital channels. Roles: This is a text-based support position where you'll respond to customer messages through live chat, Facebook Messenger, and similar platforms. No phone calls or video meetings—just you, your keyboard, and our customers. You'll answer questions, share product information, process requests, and occasionally offer special promotions. All work happens online, so you can be based anywhere with an internet connection.
As a live chat specialist, your day involves responding to customer messages in real-time on our website and social media channels. Whether it's answering product questions, directing customers to resources, or letting them know about current offers, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our users.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You'll need a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet and consistent internet access. Solid written English communication skills are essential—you'll be representing us through your messages.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. No previous live chat experience required; we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
