Customer Success Representative – Chat Support, No Calling (Entry Level / No Experience)

We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team and make a real impact through chat-based customer support. If you love helping people and want to build meaningful customer relationships without phone calls, this could be the perfect fit. You'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy, informed, and coming back for more.

This position is entirely text-based—you'll handle all customer interactions through live chat on websites and social platforms like Facebook Messenger. Since it's fully remote, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection and a compatible device.

Your day-to-day will involve responding to customer inquiries via live chat, sharing helpful information, directing people to resources, and letting them know about special offers or promotions. Think of it as being the friendly face (or voice, via text) of the business.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You'll need a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection. Solid basic English writing skills are essential for clear, professional communication.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with full onboarding provided—no previous chat support experience required. We'll train you on everything you need to know.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
