Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer conversations via live chat and email with a focus on satisfaction and resolution.
- Answer customer questions promptly and accurately.
- Communicate in a friendly, professional manner throughout all customer interactions.
Requirements:

- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.

Skills/Background Needed:
