Customer Service Chat Representative (Remote, Entry Level, No Experience)

Join our support team and help customers get the answers they need through live chat. As a Chat Representative, you'll be the friendly face behind the screen—responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding people toward solutions in real-time. From order questions to product guidance, you'll create meaningful interactions that keep our customers happy. This is a great entry-level opportunity with comprehensive onboarding and the freedom to work on your own schedule from anywhere.

What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer messages through live chat platforms on websites and social media channels. Some conversations will be from existing customers needing support, while others will be from prospects interested in learning more about what we offer.

Contract length: Flexible, no fixed end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a working device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) that can handle web chat and social platforms. Comfort working independently without constant supervision. Willingness to follow established guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
