Customer Service Agent – No Phone (Fully Remote)

You'll connect with customers via live chat, Facebook Messenger, and other digital platforms—all without ever making a phone call.

Roles:

• Respond to customer inquiries in real-time across chat platforms and social media channels for multiple clients.
• Address customer concerns, share product information, highlight current promotions, and guide customers toward solutions through chat.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with dependable internet connectivity.
• Competent written English communication abilities.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Strong written communication paired with creative thinking when tackling customer issues.
• Self-directed work style with attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
