Join our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and become the friendly first point of contact for customers just starting their journey with us. Working remotely from your phone or device, you'll deliver one-on-one assistance through live chat, making sure each new customer feels valued and equipped with the information they need.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming messages from customers and prospects across web-based chat platforms and social media channels. Your day involves answering product questions, resolving concerns, and helping prospective clients understand how our services work.
Contract length: Open-ended, no set expiration.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop that supports chat and social media platforms. Comfortable managing your own schedule and workload. Strong attention to detail when following protocols and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet access required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
