What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries in real-time through live chat windows on our websites and social platforms. Some messages will come from loyal customers needing support, while others will be from interested prospects asking about our offerings. Your job is to provide helpful, clear, and friendly responses that keep people coming back.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a device that can handle web browsers and chat platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer work great). Self-motivation is key since you'll be working on your own schedule. Comfort following detailed guidelines and procedures. At least 10 hours of availability each week. A stable, dependable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
