Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat messages on retailer websites and social media channels. You'll answer customer inquiries, share relevant product links, and inform customers about available promotions and special offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You'll need a working laptop, smartphone, or tablet along with a stable internet connection. Basic proficiency in English writing is essential for this position.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive onboarding provided. Previous experience with live chat support is not required to succeed in this role.
