Join us as a Conversation Specialist in Chat Support, where you'll be the voice behind customer interactions on Instagram and Facebook DMs. You'll handle back-and-forth messaging with customers, balancing template responses with genuine, personalized support. Every conversation you have shapes how customers feel about our brand and whether they stick around.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat on social platforms and company websites. You might answer technical questions from current customers or help prospects learn more about what we offer. It's fast-paced, direct, and impactful work.
Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing social media and chat platforms. Comfort working with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. At least 10 hours weekly available. Stable, reliable internet connection required.
