Content Specialist - App Usability Reviews

We're seeking a Content Specialist to join our App Usability Reviews team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping app developers create better user experiences. By testing applications and documenting your findings, you'll provide actionable insights that directly influence how millions of people interact with digital tools.

Roles: Your primary responsibility involves installing and thoroughly testing apps on your personal mobile device, then documenting your observations in detailed written reviews. You'll identify what works well and pinpoint areas where the user experience could be improved.

Requirements: You'll need to own or have regular access to at least one of these devices: iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet.

Contract length: Ongoing, with no fixed end date.

Rate: $35 per hour (rates may vary based on app complexity and the depth of analysis required).

Skills/background needed:

• Ownership or access to a compatible mobile device with the ability to download and manage applications
• Comfortable working autonomously without constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to adhere to specific testing protocols
• Minimum 5 hours weekly availability
• Stable, dependable internet connection

Hours per week: Flexible scheduling available.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred). We're actively scaling our team in this capacity.
