What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you'll engage with customers in real-time across our website and social platforms. Your days will involve responding to inquiries ranging from order status and return requests to product details and general questions. You might help an existing customer track their shipment one moment and guide a prospect through their first purchase the next.
Contract length: Open-ended, no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with internet capability. Comfortable working autonomously without constant supervision. Strong attention to detail when following protocols and guidelines. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, consistent internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours minimum per week.
