Join our team as a Remote Client Success Associate and make a real difference in how our clients experience our services. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our client relationships—staying proactive, solving problems quickly, and helping clients get the most value from what we offer. You'll manage interactions across multiple touchpoints, resolve issues before they escalate, and build trust through thoughtful, personalized attention.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat on our websites and social media platforms. You'll handle both support requests from existing clients and sales conversations with prospective customers, providing helpful guidance and timely solutions.
Contract length: Ongoing, no fixed end date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) to handle chat and social media interactions. Comfort working autonomously without constant supervision. Ability to follow detailed processes and guidelines consistently. Minimum 10 hours per week availability. Fast, stable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
