Chat Support Specialist (Remote, Entry Level, Flexible Hours)

This is a text-based support role with zero face-to-face interaction required. You'll spend your time communicating through chat platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar channels. Since it's fully remote, you have the freedom to work from your location of choice without commuting or office constraints.

Your primary responsibility will be responding to incoming chat messages on company websites and social media profiles. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer concerns, sharing relevant resources and promotional offers, and maintaining quick response times.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet and a stable internet connection are essential. You'll also need competent English writing ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive onboarding provided. Previous experience in live chat support isn't necessary to succeed here.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
