Chat Support Remote Assistant (Immediate Start)

We're seeking energetic Chat Support Remote Assistants to manage customer conversations through live chat platforms. In this role, you'll deliver prompt, thoughtful answers to customer questions, resolve technical problems, and maintain outstanding service standards. What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat across websites and social media channels. You may assist existing customers with support issues or help prospective clients learn more about products and services.

Contract length: Flexible, ongoing basis.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a functioning device for managing chat and social platforms (computer, tablet, or smartphone). Comfortable working without direct supervision. Capability to follow detailed guidelines carefully. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Dependable high-speed internet connection.

Hours per week: 10+ hours weekly.
