Call Center Representative (Remote / No Phone Calling / No Experience)

Join our growing team as a Live Chat Representative and make a real difference supporting our community of military personnel and their families. This position is entirely chat-based—no voice calls, no video meetings. You'll communicate exclusively through online messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, allowing you to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries through live chat on websites and social media, addressing questions, sharing product information, and providing promotional offers to customers who reach out to us.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet and a dependable internet connection are essential. You'll also need proficient English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included. Previous live chat experience is not required—we'll train you from the ground up.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
