You'll be the direct connection between online shoppers and the businesses they're buying from, resolving questions in real-time and creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to live chat messages from both loyal customers seeking support and interested shoppers with sales questions. Working across multiple digital channels including business websites and social media platforms, you'll provide quick, accurate answers that turn inquiries into satisfied interactions.
Contract length: Ongoing, no end date specified.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms and social media. Strong ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule. Comfort following detailed procedures and guidelines. A minimum of 10+ hours weekly availability. Consistent, reliable internet connection required.
