What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming live chat messages from both potential and existing customers on e-commerce websites and social platforms. Your role spans answering product inquiries, guiding buyers through checkout, troubleshooting issues, and capturing sales opportunities—all through real-time text conversations.
Contract length: Flexible, no set term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms and social messaging tools. Strong independent work ethic required. Comfort following detailed guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection essential.
