This is a text-based customer service role—no phone calls, no video meetings, just straightforward online chatting through platforms like Facebook Messenger. Work completely remotely from wherever you are, whether that's your home, a coffee shop, or anywhere with an internet connection.
Your day-to-day involves responding to customer messages on our website and social channels. You'll tackle questions, share product links, highlight special offers, and keep conversations flowing smoothly. It's straightforward work that makes a real difference for our customers.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with dependable internet access. You'll also need solid written English communication skills.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity, so no prior chat support experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed quickly.
