You'll connect with customers through text-based chat, helping them navigate our platform, respond to their inquiries, and create a positive shopping experience. This fully remote role is ideal for anyone looking to break into customer service without the pressure of phone conversations—all from the comfort of your own space.

Communication happens entirely through written chat channels. You won't need to conduct video calls or speak with anyone directly. Using platforms like Facebook Messenger and our website chat system, you'll provide support online from wherever you're located.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer inquiries through live chat, sharing helpful product information, providing relevant links, and communicating special offers when appropriate.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, mobile device, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You'll need solid written English communication skills to succeed in this role.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included. No previous live chat experience is required to apply.
